Katherine B. Galdieri is a senior associate with The Kelly Firm, concentrating her practice on commercial litigation, general litigation and bankruptcy.
Ms. Galdieri represents plaintiffs and defendants in matters before the Law Division, Chancery Division and Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, including contract disputes, contested foreclosure matters, partnership and corporate disputes, commercial real estate disputes, and property tax appeals. Ms. Galdieri represents debtors and creditors in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy cases and adversary proceedings. Ms. Galdieri also represents various community associations, providing guidance on governance and various legal matters.
Prior to joining The Kelly Firm, Ms. Galdieri practiced mass tort, products liability, and personal injury litigation. She is a member of the Church of St. Denis in Manasquan, New Jersey, where she serves on the Pastoral Council.
