Peter L. Schenke is an associate with The Kelly Firm, concentrating his practice on commercial litigation, general litigation and bankruptcy.
Mr. Schenke handles complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts across New Jersey, including contract disputes, contested foreclosure matters, partnership and corporate disputes,
and commercial real estate disputes. Mr. Schenke represents debtors and creditors in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy cases and adversary proceedings. Mr. Schenke also represents various community
associations, providing guidance on governance and various legal matters.
Prior to joining The Kelly firm, Mr. Schenke practiced commercial and business litigation at a law firm in central New Jersey, and clerked for the Honorable Donald A. Kessler, J.S.C. (Ret.) in the Chancery
Division, General Equity Part. While at study, Mr. Schenke served as an associate and senior editor of the Seton Hall Law Review.
