Andrew J. Kelly

Andrew J. Kelly is the founding member of The Kelly Firm, P.C. concentrating his practice on bankruptcy, commercial litigation and commercial real estate.

Representations include debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, creditors’ committees, trustees, landlords and other parties in interest in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy cases and adversary proceedings in New Jersey and New York. Mr. Kelly regularly represents clients in state court Law Division and Chancery Division proceedings throughout New Jersey, including, but not limited to, contract disputes, contested foreclosure matters, partnership and corporate dissolutions, and assignments for the benefit of creditors. Mr. Kelly’s practice also includes representation of borrowers, lenders, buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants in mediations, negotiations and commercial transactions.

Mr. Kelly has lectured on a variety of bankruptcy topics for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education and serves on the boards of several not for profit organizations, as well as the Strategic Planning Committee for CBA High School in Lincroft, New Jersey.

Mr. Kelly has also been recognized by Martindale Hubbell and New Jersey Super Lawyers Magazine.
