Nicholas D. Norcia, an associate with The Kelly Firm, P.C., has concentrated his practice on general civil litigation, bankruptcy, commercial law, appellate litigation, and commercial real estate.
Prior to joining The Kelly Firm, Mr. Norcia was an attorney with the Appellate Division Central Office in Trenton for four years, and before that he worked for six years as an Assistant Prosecutor for the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office, and for one year as Law Clerk to the Honorable Stephanie M. Wauters, J.S.C.
Mr. Norcia has successfully litigated cases in the Law Division, the Appellate Division, the Supreme Court of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
